Where & How They are Raised
  • All Natural Grassfed Range Raised Beef
  • Our cattle graze on open pastures of Eastern Oregon. They are raised close to home for quality care.
  • The cattle graze on native pastures. During the time of year when the pastures are not abundant, they are then fed locally grown hay to supplement their diets.
Cattle Grazing
  • The steers that are in our beef program are brought into closer pastures where they are grass fed and finished for approximately 45 to 60 days pre-harvest. This allows for a consistant flavor all year long.
  • Our cattle are raised the old fashion way allowing for time and care with a goal of minimizing stress.
  • The steers are processed humanely, aged to perfection and quick frozen to assure freshness.
