Our cattle graze on open pastures of Eastern Oregon. They are raised close to home for quality care.

The cattle graze on native pastures. During the time of year when the pastures are not abundant, they are then fed locally grown hay to supplement their diets.

- The steers that are in our beef program are brought into closer pastures where they are grass fed and finished for approximately 45 to 60 days pre-harvest. This allows for a consistant flavor all year long.
- Our cattle are raised the old fashion way allowing for time and care with a goal of minimizing stress.
- The steers are processed humanely, aged to perfection and quick frozen to assure freshness.
