Ordering & Shipping Policies and Information

• Order online using Google Checkout or call us at 541-493-2557 to place your order.
• We sell our beef by the pound or the ounce, depending on the cut, so you get what you pay for. All packages of beef will vary in weight. You will see on our product description pages that the weights per cut of  beef are approximate and we will do our best to meet your needs. You will receive a discount price on our bulk orders. See our “Fill your freezer” page. This is on 1/8 , ¼, ½  and whole beef orders
• We will ship all orders on Mondays via Fed Ex 2 day shipping. All packages are insured for the 1st $100.00.  Additional coverage can be purchased for $0.34 per $100.00 increments.
• Once the order is shipped please be available for the delivery. Fed Ex states that 2nd day delivery is between 4:30pm business & 7pm to most residential areas. Please make necessary arrangements for package arrival as a signature is needed to complete the delivery. Your Home on the Range Beef is shipped flash frozen so it will need your immediate attention.
• Our orders are shipped  in special double lined freezer containers. This is the best way to ship in all seasonal conditions. Prior to the shipment of your order, we will send you by email a final invoice for the shipping containers for your order. You may pay directly from this invoice using Google Checkout. These shipping containers are specialized for shipping frozen food. They are $20 each and we will do our best to pack as much as we can in each container.
• We may be out of a particular cut. Remember we are a small batch producer.
• We will be happy to take an order of an out of stock item and notify you as soon as it is back in stock.
• Shipping fees are applied on the final invoice.
