Choosing Natural Beef

Due to a health crisis in 2000 with our oldest son Tyler, then aged 12, we were encouraged to change our average American diet by an alternative health practitioner. We began eating less sugar, wheat, and began purchasing Organic products. We were living on the ranch that Don was managing. As part of the salary, we were provided one beef per year. The cattle being raised were Texas Longhorns.

We began searching on the topic of red meat and found the health benefits already provided in our current Longhorn meat resource. With the diet changes and incorporating alternative health practitioners. Tyler has been on a successful healing journey. With the positive outcome of changing to a healthier way of eating, we realized the important need to provide the same healthy and clean red meat source for others.
